Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of toptierseo.com and any services you buy from Top Tier SEO LLC ("Top Tier SEO", "we", "us"), 2985 Tributary Way, Decatur, GA 30034, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy form part of this agreement.

Our services

We provide search-engine-optimization services: local SEO, technical SEO and audits, content and on-page SEO, link building and digital PR, ecommerce SEO, AI search optimization and bundled management plans. The scope of each service is described on its page at the time you order it.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. By placing an order, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout. We charge the first payment when you order. Orders are accepted when we confirm them and begin work. We may decline an order, for example if we believe we cannot help, in which case you will not be charged or will be refunded in full. Prices are exclusive of any taxes that apply. Where no tax is shown at checkout, none is charged at that time.

Monthly retainers

Monthly plans and services renew each month at the price shown, until you cancel. Cancel with 30 days' written notice by emailing support@toptierseo.com. We stop billing after the notice period ends. We recommend a minimum of three months because most sites need that long to show movement, but we do not require it. The paid month in progress is not refunded for work already performed. See our Refund Policy.

One-time services

Audits and hour blocks are paid once. Audits are delivered in the time shown on the product page, once we have the access we need. Hour blocks are scheduled as described at purchase and used at the hourly rate shown. Refund rules are in our Refund Policy.

What we need from you

To do the work well, we need accurate information and timely access to your website, analytics and listings, and your approval of drafts where we ask for it. Delays on your side may delay delivery. You confirm that you have the right to give us that access. You are responsible for the changes made on your own website unless we make them under an agreed fix block.

No guaranteed results

Search engines and AI tools control their own results and change them often. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or mentions in AI answers. We promise the work described, honest reporting and reasonable care.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of your website, your business accounts and the content you provide. When you have paid for it, you own the reports, audits and written content we produce for you. You allow us to use your materials to deliver the services. We may describe the work we did, in anonymized form, in case studies, but we will not name you without your written agreement.

Our work and intellectual property

The site, its design, text, logo, methods and templates belong to Top Tier SEO LLC, except where marked. You may not copy or resell them without permission. Our tools and know-how stay ours.

Third-party platforms

Our work depends on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Bing, OpenAI and Perplexity, and on your CMS and hosting. Their rules and algorithms can change. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide the services. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to us, or that we must disclose by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Top Tier SEO LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You may stop a service as described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend or end a service if you do not pay, break these terms or use our work unlawfully. We will give notice where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the matter informally by contacting the other for at least 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order. We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top.
