What we collect
Information you give us:
- Name, email address, phone number, company name and website address when you fill in the audit form, the contact form or checkout.
- Postal address and billing details when you place an order.
- The content of messages you send us.
Information collected automatically, only if you allow analytics:
- Pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site, collected through Google Analytics 4.
Information we do not collect:
We do not store or see your full payment card number. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not kept by us.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiries and send your free audit.
- To process your order, start your service and send receipts.
- To run and improve the website, if you accept analytics.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decisions that affect you legally.
Cookies and analytics

- Inquiry and audit information: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Order and billing records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Analytics data: according to the retention setting in our analytics account, currently up to 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy and to object to certain uses. You may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it for advertising. To use any right, email support@toptierseo.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within 45 days. You will not be treated differently for using your rights.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
