Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly retainers
You can cancel any monthly plan or service at any time by emailing support@toptierseo.com with 30 days' written notice. We keep working until the notice period ends and stop billing after it. The month you have already paid for is not refunded for work we have already performed. We recommend a three-month minimum because most sites need that long to show results, but it is not a contractual requirement.
One-off audits
If you cancel before work starts, meaning before the kick-off call or before you give us data access, you get a full refund. Once work has started, audits are not refundable. If you are unhappy with what we deliver, tell us within 14 days and we will revise it to meet the agreed scope.
Hour blocks
Unused hours in a fix block are refundable pro rata, at the rate you paid, within 90 days of purchase. Hours already used are not refundable.
First-payment cooling-off
For any purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying, as long as no work has begun. Once work has started, the rules above apply.
What is not refundable
Work already performed. Third-party costs we incurred on your behalf with your approval. Months after the notice period, which are not billed at all.
How to request
Email support@toptierseo.com with your order reference (it starts with TTS-) and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue, so lack of movement in search is not by itself a reason for a refund. If you are unhappy, talk to us early. We would rather fix the plan than lose you.
