Pricing
How much does SEO cost?
Our plans run from $1,000 to $5,000 a month. Single services start at $750 a month, and audits at $1,200 one-time. Prices are on the page.
Why do you publish prices when most agencies do not?
Because you should know if we are in your range before you talk to us. Prices rise with scope, and the options show before you buy.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price at checkout. Tools, writers and reports are included. Ad spend and developer time on your side are separate.
Do prices include sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax on these professional services at this time. If that changes, it will show at checkout before you pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade with 30 days' notice. We adjust your next billing cycle.
Timelines
How long until I see results?
Most sites need 3 to 6 months to move. Local searches can show gains sooner. New content and links take longer. We report progress monthly so you are never guessing.
When does work start?
We aim for a kick-off call within 2 business days of purchase. Audit work begins once we have access to your site and accounts.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website address, access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile access for local work.
Contracts
Is there a long contract?
No. Retainers run month to month. We recommend three months because that is how long most sites need, but we do not require it.
How do I cancel?
Email support@toptierseo.com with 30 days' notice. We stop billing after the notice period. The current paid month is not refunded for work already done.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us early. We will go through the report and the plan together. If you cancel, we stop after notice, and you keep everything we produced.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking. We guarantee effort, reporting and honesty.
AI search
Is AI search part of the plans?
Yes. It is included in Growth and Scale. You can add it to Starter or to any single service for $500 a month, or buy it on its own from $1,000 a month.
Will ChatGPT mention my business?
We cannot promise that. We improve the signals AI tools read and measure whether you are cited.
Reporting
What does the monthly report include?
One plain-English page with what changed, then inquiries or calls, rankings, pages that moved, what we did and what is next. See the sample on the Process page.
Who will I speak to?

Do I own the work?
Yes. Content, reports and audits are yours. Accounts such as Google Business Profile stay in your name.
