The challenge
A three-dentist practice near downtown Decatur relied on referrals and a few repeat patients. Its Google Business Profile had two photos, no replies to reviews and an old phone number on several directories. Rival practices sat above it for "dentist near me" and "dentist Decatur GA".
What we did
We cleaned the profile and the listings first, then built a page for each core treatment and neighborhood. We set up a simple review-request routine and tracked calls and direction requests separately, so the practice could see what moved.
What happened
Over eight months, calls from the profile rose by about 62%. The practice reached the top three map positions for five of the eight searches we targeted. Most of the gain arrived after month four.
